CareLash Canada ships merchandise using CanadaPost EXPEDITED service with Tracking to locations within Canada.

Track my order

You may track your package by visiting CanadaPost website at www.canadapost.ca and using the provided Tracking Number. The Tracking Number can be found in the confirmation email you received once your order has been shipped.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of the product, we do NOT accept Returns and do NOT offer Refunds.

If you happen to change your mind before the product is dispatched please send us an email to carelashcanada@gmail.com and we will be happy to refund your order.

Usage (CARELASH)

Using the tip of the bottle apply 1 drop along the upper eyelid. Repeat his procedure with the other eye. Do not apply the serum to the bottom eyelid. Apply CareLash once a day. Results can normally be seen after two months of use, although it usually takes three to four months to achieve the desired effects. Once the desired length or density is achieved, apply CareLash once a week to maintain this length. If you completely stop using the serum your eyelashes will revert to their previous state.
